Thanks to Minnie for providing this week's (late, I'm sorry) fitness move for our group to try out! I plan on giving it a whirl tonight when I get to workout after a string of days of not working out:

Stand with feet together. You may use a medicine ball and hold it close to your chest with elbows in at your sides or just hold your arms close to chest with elbows in if you don't want to use a ball. Lift right leg in front of you to a 90 degree angle. Keep left leg straight and locked. Do a set of 7 and be sure not to lean forward or backward. Next, lift your leg directly to your side at a 90 degree angle and repeat 7 times. Be sure to stand straight up and dont lean in order to get your leg up higher. Go back to the front and do 6, then 6 on the side. Then 5, 4, 3, 2 to the front and then the side. When you get down to 1 hold for a solid 5 seconds to the front and then 5 seconds to the side. Switch and do the same on the left leg.

Good luck with the move everyone. We should think of a fun name to call it. Any ideas?
