Yet another way to squeeze in some fitness...

When you are watching TV, spice things up by doing some exercises during each commercial break. This will make the commercials fly by and help you sqeeze in some exercise even when you are being a couch potato.

I find the time of a commercial break to be the perfect amount of time to focus on abs, or to do some pilates moves. Even if you bruoght out some dumbells you could do strength moves like bicept curls or lunges. Again, the opportunities are endless. You don't HAVE to be at the gym just to do a little bit extra.

Speaking of extra, I took the opportunity today after I dropped off my friend to go run my old favorite running loop in the town I used to live in. I just always LOVED LOVED running there and had found the perfect loop and any chance I'm in that town I try and get it in and it was fantastic!
